I have been married to Harriet for 49 years. We have three children and seven grandchildren. In the past I have worked for General Motors, on the assembly line for 12 years. I was a Lutheran Pastor for over 30 years. Since my retirement I have been called to the ministry of Caregiver. My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's about two years ago. However, after an in depth evaluation with a Neurological Psychiatrist in September the diagnosis has changed to Frontotemporal Dementia. He wrote, "Although I Cannot rule out Alzheimer's, after Harriet's evaluation, my conclusion is that she is struggling with Frontotemporal Dementia."
